Detailed Scope of Work Performed:

1. Complete System Inspection & Diagnosis
We start with a full diagnostic evaluation of your indoor air handler (or furnace), outdoor condenser, duct connections, electrical system, refrigerant pressures, static pressure, temperature split, and amperage draws.

2. Thorough Cleaning of All Components

• Evaporator Coil (Indoor Coil): Professionally cleaned with industrial coil cleaner. Fins are flushed and restored to remove built-up dirt, dust, pet hair, mold, and debris that block airflow and reduce heat exchange.
• Condensate Drain Pan & Drain Line: Drain pan is removed, thoroughly scrubbed, and sanitized with antimicrobial treatment. The entire drain line is cleared using high-pressure nitrogen purge to remove sludge, algae, and blockages. New safety float switch installed if needed.
• Blower Wheel & Compartment: Blower wheel is removed, deep-cleaned, and balanced. The entire air handler cabinet is vacuumed and wiped down.
• Outdoor Condenser Coil: Cleaned inside and out to remove grass, leaves, pollen, and dirt that cause high head pressure and poor cooling performance.
• Full Cabinet & Electrical Compartments: Both indoor and outdoor units are cleaned, including all access panels and wiring areas.
• Return air and supply plenums are inspected and cleaned where accessible.

3. Motor Replacement (All Motors Except Compressor)

• New high-efficiency Indoor Blower Motor (PSC or ECM equivalent, matched to your system).
• New Outdoor Condenser Fan Motor with sealed bearings for quiet, reliable operation.
  All motors are installed with proper alignment, vibration dampeners, and manufacturer-specified wiring.

4. Full Electrical Component Upgrade

• All Capacitors (Run and Start capacitors) replaced with new, correctly sized premium capacitors.
• Contactor replaced to ensure reliable starts and prevent arcing.
• Control Transformer replaced for stable 24-volt power to controls and thermostat.
• All electrical connections are cleaned, tightened, and tested.

5. Additional Restoration & Testing
